Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Athens, Greece Work Type: On-site (with potential for remote work) Job Description We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Athens . In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluent Dutch Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Candidates must be able to provide a speed test from Greece Working Hours Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 00:00 (shift-based schedule) Salary 1500€ gross monthly salary Additional Information Training and nesting period will be conducted on-site for candidates based in Attica. After 90 days, there is a possibility to work from home based on performance and metrics.Place of work
