Account Executive – Italian & English | Sofia (hybrid)

What You'll Do: Reconnect & Reactivate: Reach out to former customers and encourage them to start using our products again. Account Management: Build strong relationships with your clients, understand their goals, and act as their main point of contact. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a clear plan to grow your business portfolio and maximize client investment. Revenue Expansion: Identify new opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field and increase revenue in key product areas. Client Support: Provide tailored marketing recommendations, help clients turn goals into actionable strategies, and ensure long-term success. Communication: Engage with clients through email, phone, and online meetings, providing timely solutions and insights. Stay Ahead: Keep up to date on products, best practices, and industry standards. Performance Focus: Achieve quarterly sales targets and other KPIs while contributing to the team's success. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments. Skilled in value-based selling in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge or experience in marketing is a plus. Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer investment. Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
