About the position

Your Responsibilities As a Customer Support Advisor, you will handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking users via chat, email, and phone. You will resolve account queries, technical issues, and general support requests, escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams, and contribute to a high-quality, user-first support experience.
