Discovery & Consultation: Conduct initial diagnostic consultations to uncover client pain points, ensuring our premium services align perfectly with their strategic goals. Pipeline Management: Expertly navigate the sales funnel and maintain rigorous CRM documentation to ensure a seamless transition to the Account Executive team. CANDIDATE ARCHETYPE We are seeking competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in target-driven environments and possess the tenacity to transform challenges into closed deals. Linguistic Mastery: Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch , complemented by a professional command of English (B2+) . Professional Pedigree: A minimum of 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or high-level Telemarketing is mandatory. Digital Literacy: Solid experience with enterprise CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a sophisticated understanding of professional social media landscapes. Regional Presence: You must currently reside in Bulgaria or be prepared for immediate relocation. Sales Grit: A self-starting professional with the discipline to manage time effectively and maintain high motivation in a remote setting.
