About the position

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The core function is tracking quarterly price movements, primary and secondary supply in all property market asset classes. The Research department cover multi tasks include: Variable population growth forecast modelling: provincial, district and development area level. Analyze projected office and residential demand and supply gaps. Support demand forecasts on related property segments: Resort, Residential, Retail etc. Analysis of asking and sold price deviation. Monthly updates of price band by asset class. INTERNS' DUTIES: Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources. Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc. Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized. Support analysis and other tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Final-year students or recent graduates Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome Proficient in English Able to intern fulltime (4 months) Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
