About the position

We are currently recruiting Russian-speaking Customer Advisors for an exciting opportunity based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting one of the world's most recognized social media platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role within a large, international BPO environment where multilingual talent is valued and career growth is actively encouraged. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users reaching out via chat, email, and phone. Your day-to-day will involve resolving account and privacy issues, handling technical queries, ensuring platform safety, and guiding business users in making the most of their online presence. You don't need a technical background — what matters most is your communication skills, your empathy, and your genuine desire to help people. To be considered, you need to be a native or fluent Russian speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum), hold EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency, and be ready to relocate to Lisbon if you're not already based there.
