About the position
The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams Coordinate daily operational activities, schedules, and workflows Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and reports Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations Support project coordination, tracking timelines, and deliverables Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for operational tracking Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or coordination roles Experience in corporate, logistics, healthcare, or service environments is a plus Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with operational processes and workflow management Compensation Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD, depending on experience, industry, and qualification Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Flexible work arrangements including remote or hybrid options Employee wellness and assistance programs Professional development and training opportunities Life and disability insurance coverage Tuition reimbursement programs Work Environment This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based setting within the United States.
