Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Location: Open to Makati or BGC Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: Morning Shift Job Summary The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. This role ensures strong financial governance, drives business performance, and supports executive decision-making through accurate reporting and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting functions Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA is highly preferred Strong background in financial leadership, corporate finance, and strategic planning Proven experience in managing end-to-end finance operations Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
