Marketing Deployment Executive

About the position

HRSI is looking for Marketing Deployment Executive for one of its leading client Key Responsibilities Drive guided trial initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and product experience Ensure VOQ (Voice of Quality) is maintained at 95%+ through well-trained Brand Ambassadors Plan and execute deployment of Brand Ambassadors across assigned markets in line with national strategy Track and deliver monthly consumer contact targets against defined KPIs Monitor on-ground performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Ensure consistency in brand experience across all consumer touchpoints Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and reporting Critical Skills & Capabilities Strong execution and deployment planning skills Ability to manage and motivate field teams and Brand Ambassadors Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and identify performance gaps Attention to detail to ensure consistency in brand experience Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to corrective actions Clear communication and reporting skills Preferred Background Experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation roles Exposure to managing on-ground teams or Brand Ambassadors Background in FMCG, nicotine alternatives, or similar fast-paced consumer categories Familiarity with KPI tracking, performance management, and reporting tools Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
