Role Overview A well-established interdealer broker with a strong CHF franchise is looking to strengthen its Cross Currency Desk in Zurich. You will manage and grow an existing portfolio of European institutional clients, focusing on FX Forward CHF and cross-currency swaps . Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a live interbank/institutional client portfolio Execute and price CHF FX Forwards & cross-currency swaps Drive daily flow and deepen client relationships Identify and convert new business opportunities across Europe Collaborate with an experienced international desk Requirements 3–5 years as an interdealer broker (mandatory) Portable client book required Strong expertise in CHF products & cross-currency swaps Proven revenue track record (book, commissions, client base) Valid Swiss work authorization (no sponsorship) Profile Pure broker mindset — revenue-driven Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Strong, trusted client relationships Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Why Join?
