About the position

Location: Hanoi Salary range: 800mil VND/Year At least 5 years of experience (work or research) in AI/ML; experience in large-scale projects involving NLP or LLM. Strong proficiency in Python. 1. Job Scope Design and develop AI-driven application solutions for information security systems Build AI-powered software and platforms to automate processes such as monitoring, surveillance, intrusion detection, and incident response Conduct research and evaluate suitable technologies for internal AI products focused on security monitoring and incident handling Integrate AI capabilities into existing SOC operations, collaborating closely with analysis, operations, and product teams to improve performance and scalability of security monitoring services. 2. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics Informatics, or related disciplines At least 5 years of experience (work or research) in AI/ML; experience in large-scale projects involving NLP or LLM is highly preferred Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning models Understanding of Design Patterns for Agentic AI, with experience deploying at least one real-world application Experience in prompt engineering and building applications integrated with LLM APIs (including function calling) Hands-on experience working with time-series, tabular, and textual data Experience with LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), CoT (Chain-of-Thought), etc., is a plus Broad knowledge of system architecture, including SQL/NoSQL databases, services/microservices, containers, message queues, and related technologies, is advantageous Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or Notebook environments is a plus 3.
