About the position
Production Operative (Food Manufacturing) About the Role Perform Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing client in Co. Kerry. Key Responsibilities Operate production and processing equipment Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred) Experience as a machine operator is a strong advantage Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Team player with a strong work ethic Flexibility to work rotating days, including Saturdays Pay & Benefits €15.16 per hour (based on a 39-hour week) Daily allowance: €8–€9 for skilled / machine operator roles Overtime rates: First 2 hours at 1.5x pay Additional hours at 2x pay Bank Holidays are paid at double time Additional Benefits (Permanent Employees) 4% annual bonus paid in December 8% employer pension contribution after 2 years (no employee contribution required) Working Hours 39 hours per week Rostered Monday to Saturday Most roles include Saturday work , with a day off during the week Why Apply?
