Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth. This role aligns marketing with sales objectives, manages external agencies, and ensures high-quality brand execution across all channels. Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Positioning Lead Generation and Marketing Execution Sales Alignment and Support Content and Collateral Digital Marketing Exhibitions and Events Customer Experience Market Expansion Budget and ROI Agency and Outsourcing Travel and Implementation Reporting and Improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 5+ years experience (construction/building materials preferred) Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, ads, social) Strong commercial and strategic thinking Experience managing agencies and vendors Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience in exhibitions and events Willingness to travel frequently to Australia Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Why RecruitGo?
