Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist – Sports E-commerce Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid) Language: Dutch (fluent) + English About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an energetic international team in Sofia, Bulgaria , supporting a leading sports e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or live chat regarding orders, products, returns, deliveries, and account queries Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and solutions-driven support to sports enthusiasts and customers Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer journey and overall shopping experience Accurately log all customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to maintain high service quality standards Stay informed on the platform's product catalogue, promotions, and policy updates Requirements Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written Proficient level of English Genuine passion for sports and/or active lifestyle is a strong plus Strong communication skills with a warm, customer-first attitude Comfortable navigating digital tools and e-commerce platforms Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is beneficial but not required What's on Offer Competitive salary package - 2000 eur/gross Fully paid training and structured onboarding program Relocation support for candidates moving to Sofia Career growth and development opportunities within a global organisation Modern office in Sofia Friendly, multicultural and collaborative team environment Additional employee benefits and perks Eligibility Notice This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU member state).
