German Speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist On-site (Athens, Greece) Introduction Are you a tech-savvy German speaker who enjoys helping people solve problems? Join our growing international team in Athens and become the first point of contact for customers across the German-speaking world who rely on cutting-edge home appliance technology. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); English proficiency required Strong interest in or experience with consumer electronics or home appliances Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous customer support experience is a plus Holder of an EU passport or valid Greek work permit Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German Troubleshoot technical issues with household appliances and guide customers through solutions Accurately log all interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate department Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction scores What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month + performance bonus Relocation package: flights covered, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, assistance finding an apartment, real estate agent commission paid Stable full-time employment with career growth opportunities Multicultural and supportive team environment in Athens Ready to turn your German language skills into a meaningful career?
