We're expanding our recruitment teams and seeking dedicated freelancers to manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs. Advertise job openings on various international platforms. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks). Screen candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications. Organize and conduct initial interviews. Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates. Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing. Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives). Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience recruiting for the European market. Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons). Proficiency in English and other any other languages. What We Offer: Access to an International Recruitment Network.
