Job Position: Marketing Manager Salary Up To RM10000 Location: Shah Alam Job Descriptions: 1. Product Strategy & Market Analysis Plan home appliances product roadmap and category strategy. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis. Develop product positioning, USPs, and value propositions. 2. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution Coordinate end-to-end product launches and marketing calendars. Prepare launch materials: product decks, brochures, training slides, feature highlights. Communicate with HQ/factory team on product alignment, specs, and forecasting. 3.Pricing & Promotion Management Track competitor pricing and market trends. Propose product pricing, margin plans, and promotion strategies. Support retail and dealer promotional planning. 4. Product Content & Marketing Collaterals Create and update product catalogues, leaflets, spec sheets, and key visual assets. Work with designers/agencies to produce high-quality creative materials. Ensure consistency across all marketing content and brand guidelines. 5. Product Performance & Life Cycle Management Monitor sell-in/sell-through data and analyze product performance. Manage product lifecycle from launch, peak selling, to clearance. Recommend pricing adjustments, promotions, and bundling strategies. 6. Administration & Coordination Manage marketing samples, demo units, and product inventory for campaigns. Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and internal briefs. 7. Ad Hoc Marketing Events and Activities Assist in ad hoc marketing events when needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in marketing/product management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics . Strong skills in market analysis, product strategy, and pricing . Experience in product launch and go-to-market execution . Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and market data . Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams . Strong communication and presentation skills . Experience in marketing materials development is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) . Fluent in English & Mandarin . Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
