Role Summary Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to manage a full caseload independently from inception through trial. This position is ideal for a driven professional with strong courtroom experience and a strategic, client-focused approach. Location & Flexibility Hybrid schedule (approximately 2 days in-office) Remote flexibility available for the right candidate Based in Northeast Florida Key Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from filing through resolution and trial Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and trials Develop legal strategies through research and case analysis Advise and represent clients, including negotiation and settlement Collaborate with legal teams to ensure efficient case management Maintain organized and accurate case files Meet billable hour expectations Candidate Profile Active Florida Bar license 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience Strong litigation background with the ability to manage cases independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with a generous bonus structure Medical, dental, and vision insurance Firm-paid life insurance and long-term disability 401(k) with profit sharing Unlimited paid time off Parental leave Ongoing professional development opportunities Regular team events and firm-sponsored activities
