About the client: Our client is a group of professionals operating across Japan and Asia, specializing in consulting, accounting, tax, visa support and advisory services. Job Description: Undertake full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for Malaysia entities. Review and ensure that statutory books are in order and updated for their portfolio of clients. Follow-up on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the stipulated deadline. Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Liaise with bank for open bank account document on behalf of clients and ensuring initial deposits into the bank account from clients. Ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries. Any other tasks/project assigned by your superior and management. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience Possess Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. (MAICSA, LS or equivalent qualification is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Companies Act, procedures and guidelines. Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word) and experience in relevant filing systems. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines. Ability to deal with relevant authorities and other stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers etc. Meticulous, Organized, Pro-active and adaptable in working styles.
