This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and marketing performance, producing high-quality digital content that aligns with brand direction and business goals. The ideal candidate is both a strong video editor and graphic designer who can take strategic direction from leadership and turn it into consistent, platform-ready content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns. This role requires someone who understands not just how to create content—but how that content performs. Essential Responsibilities Produce high-quality video and graphic content aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives. Adapt and optimize content for various digital platforms including social media and YouTube. Support content planning and publishing workflows to ensure timely and organized delivery of assets. Collaborate with marketing leadership to execute creative strategies and campaign initiatives. Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality. Skillsets Strong video editing and graphic design capabilities. Understanding of digital content performance and platform-specific best practices. High attention to detail with strong organization and file management skills. Ability to take direction and execute independently with minimal oversight. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, or digital content production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across video and graphic design. Experience supporting content workflows and digital marketing initiatives is preferred. Must be able to work night-shift hours for the first 90 days, and 1 night a week thereafter Must be able to r eport onsite at our Davao office .
