UX / Product Designer, onsite in Prague

About the position

We are looking for an experienced UX / Product Designer with a strong background in designing digital products for mobile and web platforms . The ideal candidate has a proven ability to deliver high-quality design solutions, work closely with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Details: Start: ASAP Duration: Long-term Type: B2B Contract Location: Czech Republic Onsite: 4 days per week in the office (mandatory) Language: Czech or Slovak – mandatory Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences for mobile and web platforms . Create and optimize self-service processes , including user journeys and funnels. Lead the end-to-end design process – from gathering requirements and creating prototypes to refining functionality and delivering final visual outputs. Work with ambiguous briefs and translate stakeholder feedback into clear design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders . Analyze product performance and user behavior using Adobe Analytics and other digital analytics tools. Maintain consistency across products using design systems and design tokens . Ensure proper file structure organization and efficient design workflows . Follow modern UX/UI design trends and best practices . Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in UX / Product Design. Proven track record of delivering successful mobile and web projects (experience with large and complex projects is a strong advantage). Strong experience in designing self-service processes , user journeys, and funnels. Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process . Ability to work with unclear or evolving requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with Adobe Analytics and understanding of digital analytics and process evaluation. Knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and modern design trends . Strong organizational skills and best practices in file structure and workflow management . Czech or Slovak language – mandatory . Availability to work onsite 4 days per week – mandatory . Nice to Have Experience designing financial products or services . Experience with advanced prototyping tools such as Axure, ProtoPie, or Framer . Experience facilitating design workshops or cross-functional workshops . Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence . Experience designing accessible interfaces according to WCAG 2 guidelines .
