SHIPPING MANAGER

About the position

Position: Shipping Manager/ Logistic Manager Salary up to RM10000 Location: Pontian Johor. Job Descriptions: Handling export shipment and on time delivery arrangement shipping process. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping processes. Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers. Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency and control budget of the shipping department. Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders. Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures. Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment. Documenting processes and reporting to management as required. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders. Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics. Monitor and job arrangement to shipping team. Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies. Job Requirements: 3 years working experience as shipping manager. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred. Solid knowledge of logistics procedures Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipping documents. Good understanding of budgeting and reporting. Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Good arrangement shipment process. Attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities.
