Requirements Fluent in German (C1/C2 level); good English skills required Interest in telecommunications, mobile services, or internet technology Strong listening and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Support German-speaking customers with mobile, internet, and account-related inquiries Diagnose and resolve connectivity, billing, and service issues Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently Process service changes, upgrades, and cancellations Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Relocation package: flights covered, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, assistance with finding an apartment, real estate agent commission paid by us Comprehensive onboarding and product training Career advancement paths within a growing international company Your German skills and people-first attitude are exactly what we need.
