Start Date: 18 May 2026 Work Model: Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00 Salary Range: 1,450–1,595 EUR gross/month ( 1,450€ base + up to 10% productivity bonus ) Relocation: Yes — full support provided About the Role Join the team as a German-speaking Customer Service Agent, one of Germany's most trusted insurance groups. You'll assist customers with inquiries, process claims, manage insurance documentation, and ensure all actions comply with regulatory standards. This is a remote role that requires accuracy, empathy, and the ability to handle complex insurance topics while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related questions Process claims, applications, changes, conversions, and terminations Manage general account requests: address changes, SEPA mandates, account updates Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with GDPR and internal regulations Prepare insurance offers (liability, accident, property, legal expenses) via cross-selling Support registrations for the My HUK online self-service portal Process incoming documents (post/email) within SLAs Escalate complex cases when required Participate in ongoing training to maintain high performance Requirements German C2 — excellent written and verbal communication Strong empathy, listening skills, and ability to explain complex information Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven ability to handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally High level of accuracy and compliance awareness Solid operational skills: documentation, multitasking, process adherence Confident working with Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office & CRM systems Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy High school diploma or higher Training & Development You will benefit from one of the most structured onboarding programs in the sector: 61 days of training Induction On-the-job practice Continuous refresher courses Full support to ensure success from day one Compensation & Contract Base Salary 1,450 EUR gross/month Monthly Productivity Bonus Up to 10% (max 145 EUR gross) Total Monthly Compensation MIN: 1,450 EUR MAX: 1,595 EUR Contract Duration 8-month contract Relocation Support Provided in full (details shared during offer stage) Why Join Fully remote position with structured onboarding Trusted German insurance project (HUK-COBURG) Competitive salary + bonus package Career growth and cross-skilling opportunities Supportive and professional working environment
