Lead the strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and improve service margins. Provide accurate cost estimations and assist with customer quotations. Identify and address discrepancies between business goals and forecasted projections. Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to strengthen market position. Work closely with senior management to support decision-making processes. Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for competitive advantage. Ensure all business activities align with the companys long-term growth objectives. Job Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the packaging or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in pricing strategies, cost estimations, and business forecasting. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using business and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of packaging, printing, or related industries is a plus
