Social Media Manager

About the position

Our client, a fast-growing streaming platform within the iGaming space, is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple brands and platforms. This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K . Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and followers Identify trending and viral content and adapt it to the iGaming and streaming space Align social media activities with user acquisition and conversion goals Create and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Kick, and other platforms Repurpose live streaming content into engaging short-form videos and coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality content Collaborate with streamers to support personal branding, provide guidance on content structure and hooks, and manage cross-promotion initiatives Engage with followers and audiences on a daily basis, building strong communities and respond to feedback professionally Track performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, follower growth, conversions), run A/B tests, and prepare monthly reports Skills & Experience 1+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Kick and other channels Fluent in English , both written and spoken Good knowledge of short-form content formats such as TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Familiarity with platform guidelines and content restrictions Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience using social media or digital analytics tools Experience within iGaming is a plus Good understanding of audience behaviour and engagement trends Results-driven with a hands-on and practical approach Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proactive, organised, and eager to contribute to growth initiatives Available to travel internationally especially to USA for conferences About the role Salary of up to €30K Office based in St Julian’s, Malta Opportunity to attend international events Note : Due to the urgency of the role, we can only consider candidates who hold an EU passport.
