About the position

Barista only nationalities ( Uganda , Ghana , Rwanda ) must be Muslim and max age is 30 very important- Location Dammam Also requirements : The following points are required of candidates and should be translated into their language and sent to them before the interview so they are fully aware and in agreement: Attendance at the interview with full focus and on time. Ability to work within a multinational team. Excellent communication skills with customers (friendly and smiling). Respect for customer opinions and a positive approach to feedback. Commitment to personal hygiene and a presentable appearance. Adherence to the café's uniform policy. Proficiency in basic English and Arabic for the café. Experience using the La Marzocco machine (operation, adjustment, and daily cleaning). Ability to use Baratza & Eureka coffee grinders. Ability to use the KEF coffee machine. Proficient in preparing the following beverages, adhering to the correct proportions for cappuccino, latte, and flat white. Ability to create various designs (Latte Art). Maintaining the cleanliness of the premises at all times. Regularly cleaning equipment. Assisting with cleaning tables. Willingness to perform other operational tasks as assigned by the manager (such as moving boxes or any other tasks that support the operation of the cafe). Knowledge of using the Foodics cash register system. Strict adherence to attendance and departure times. Working hours: 12 hours daily. Flexibility to work on days off when needed or under pressure. Salary: 2000 SAR. Accommodation: A room next to the cafe (shared with 4 other team members). One beverage allowed per shift. * There is a monthly employee of the month award. A positive attitude and a love for working in a customer service environment.
