Part-Time Bar Staff Wanted – The Discovery, Cyncoed We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at The Discovery in Cyncoed. Part of the Croeso Pub Company, The Discovery is a vibrant, community-led pub driven by great food, live sport, and regular live music. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. The Role: Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service Supporting the team during busy service periods Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised bar environment Contributing to the lively and welcoming atmosphere we’re known for Hours: Part-time Evening and weekend shifts required What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Great communication and people skills Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous bar experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided Why Join Us?
