Full-time | Hybrid | Permanent contract | Relocation support | Immediate start An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to support Google Ads products in Barcelona . In this role, you will work with new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns, contributing directly to their business growth while delivering a high-quality client experience. Working Schedule Monday to Friday; 39 hours per week; Salary & Benefits Base salary: 23,876 € gross/year; Performance bonus: up to 3,408 € gross/year; Referral bonus: up to 2,000 € (depending on project/language); Relocation support provided; Paid training (2–4 weeks on products and sales); Employment Conditions Permanent contract; Hybrid work model (Barcelona); Employment with a global leader in customer experience services; Modern office environment near the sea (World Trade Center, Barcelona); Strong team culture, social activities, and development opportunities; Requirements German C2 level; High level of English; 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising; Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus; Strong communication and presentation skills; Good time management and organizational abilities; Analytical mindset with attention to detail; Client-focused with strong interest in customer interaction; Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment; Responsibilities Act as a trusted consultant for clients onboarding to Google Ads; Support the creation and optimization of PPC campaigns; Identify client needs and business objectives; Drive account growth through increased spend and upselling; Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone; Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term campaign success; Interested?
