Location: Fully Remote (California-based) Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 About the Firm A California-based family law firm focused exclusively on sophisticated family law matters, including high-net-worth divorce and complex asset division. The firm operates on a fully remote model with dedicated infrastructure supporting attorneys across administrative, billing, and marketing functions. The firm has grown significantly in recent years and is focused on adding experienced attorneys who are looking for a long-term, collaborative environment. Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Family Law Attorney with 2–4 years of hands-on California family law experience. Candidates must have foundational family law knowledge, including dissolution, support calculations, and custody frameworks. This role offers structured mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear path for professional growth. Associates will focus purely on practicing family law, with no administrative or collections duties, and will receive guidance and support to develop their skills and advance within the firm.
