Through various communication channels — including phone, email, chat, and social media — you will provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers receive effective and timely solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media Help customers understand product features and resolve technical issues Walk customers through step-by-step solutions to troubleshoot problems Provide clear information about system functionalities, updates, and services Assist with account, software, or device-related concerns Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in internal systems Keep up to date with product developments, system changes, and best practices Take part in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and service quality Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2) . Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card . Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or related roles. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
