J ob Title: Full Stack Salesforce Developer Interview : IN Person after webcam Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 1 day/week or 2 days every 2 weeks onsite) Client: State of Connecticut – Department of Children and Families Work Authorization: USC / GC only Job Description: The State of Connecticut is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Salesforce Developer to support enterprise application development and integrations. Salesforce is the primary skill requirement; experience with .NET is a plus. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development Strong expertise in APEX (OOP, design patterns) Experience with Lightning (Aura/LWC) and front-end development Strong SOQL , data modeling, and database skills Experience with JavaScript frameworks End-to-end full-stack development experience Ability to work independently from requirements through implementation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: .NET experience (OOP, SOA) Application integration experience Responsibilities: Design and develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning, and Visualforce components Build full-stack solutions across front-end, middle tier, and database layers Support application integrations and technical analysis Participate in all phases of the SDLC Maintain technical documentation Additional Notes: Webcam + in-person interview required Local candidates preferred or willing to commute/relocate Candidates with references will be prioritized
