AI - BILINGUAL CARDIOLOGY SPECIALIST

About the position

About the Role We are hiring an AI-Bilingual Cardiology Clinical Support Specialist to join a specialized U.S.-based cardiac care team fully remote. This is not a standard clinical support position — it is a next-generation role that pairs your bilingual patient communication expertise (Spanish and English) with AI-assisted documentation tools, smart workflow automation, and telehealth technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences across language barriers. You will serve as the clinical communication bridge for cardiology patients, coordinating care, managing follow-ups, and supporting EMR workflows — all while leveraging AI tools that handle the administrative heavy-lifting so you can focus on what matters most: the patient. This role is ideal for a bilingual RN, CNA, or Medical Assistant who thrives in structured remote environments and is eager to be at the intersection of healthcare and AI-powered clinical innovation. Key Responsibilities Bilingual Patient Communication & AI-Enhanced Care Coordination Communicate fluently with patients in Spanish and English across all channels: phone, SMS, email, and secure telehealth portals Use AI-assisted scheduling and reminder tools to manage appointments, reduce no-shows, and automate follow-up sequences Reinforce provider-directed care instructions in both languages within clinical scope (no diagnosing, no prescribing) Coordinate comprehensive cardiac care for patients managing Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and related conditions Act as a bilingual liaison between Spanish-speaking patients and the English-speaking clinical team — closing communication gaps with empathy and precision AI-Supported Clinical Documentation & Workflow Efficiency Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records using EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Athena, Kareo, SimplePractice) Use AI-powered documentation tools to structure clinical notes, organize records, and reduce manual data entry burden Support billing documentation and prior authorization workflows with AI-enabled intake forms and tracking Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives using AI productivity tools Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, CMS, and telehealth regulatory standards at all times Note: AI tools are used exclusively to support administrative efficiency and documentation organization — clinical judgment, diagnosis, and patient care decisions always remain in the hands of licensed professionals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Nursing or clinical healthcare background required: CNA, MA, LPN, RN, or equivalent verified clinical experience Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English — written and spoken — at a professional clinical level Minimum English proficiency: B2+ (professional healthcare communication required) Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, telehealth, or medical office setting Direct hands-on experience in Cardiology, including exposure to Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patient management Working knowledge of cardiac terminology, care protocols, and patient education workflows Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems: Athena, Kareo, SimplePractice, or similar platforms Comfort adopting AI-assisted tools for documentation, scheduling, and workflow management High attention to clinical detail, data integrity, and patient confidentiality Ability to work reliably and independently during U.S. Eastern or Central business hours Preferred Qualifications Background in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, home health, or outpatient cardiology Experience with remote patient monitoring (RPM) platforms and wearable cardiac data Knowledge of medical billing workflows, prior authorization, and insurance coordination Prior exposure to AI-assisted clinical tools (e.g., ambient documentation, AI scribes, smart scheduling bots) Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud-based collaboration tools Experience supporting multicultural or underserved Spanish-speaking patient populations
