Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, with attorneys expected in the office 2–3 days per week for collaboration, mentorship, and team connection. Note: Candidates must have law firm experience, a background in affordable housing finance and/or commercial real estate transactions, strong academics, and admission in Texas. Candidates must be located in Texas or willing to relocate to Austin. Job Description Handle affordable housing finance and commercial real estate transactional matters. Represent clients in multifamily and affordable housing-related transactions. Work on matters involving federal, state, and local housing finance programs. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents. Support deal execution from structuring through closing. Collaborate with attorneys across the practice on sophisticated real estate finance matters. Advise clients on transaction strategy, documentation, and related legal issues. Manage multiple matters in a productive, fast-paced practice environment.
