What we offer: 100% remote work Flexible working hours Fixed hourly rate + performance-based bonus (starting from €16/hour) Training and personalized support Your mission: You will work on supporting candidates applying to a business school , across high-value academic programs: Master in Finance Full-Time MBA Part-Time MBA Your responsibilities: Respond to prospective students via phone and email (FR / EN) Manage incoming and qualified leads Handle pre-sales activities : understanding needs, qualifying and guiding candidates Follow candidates throughout the pipeline until full application completion Support candidates with sometimes complex application files Act as a reliable and reassuring point of contact for international applicants Your profile: Fluent or native-level English (mandatory) Strong level of French (preferred) Comfortable with pre-sales and customer relationship management Ability to handle and understand complex administrative processes Organized, structured, and professional Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems Our mission: At Sqwad , we put people at the heart of customer experience for leading brands worldwide.
