Job Summary The Facility HVAC Technician performs installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and climate control within facilities. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Diagnose heating, ventilation, and cooling system issues Perform preventive maintenance and system testing Replace faulty components and calibrate equipment Maintain service records and compliance documentation Qualifications HVAC certification or technical training Experience with commercial HVAC systems Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and regulations
