The project is a leading Australian fire safety provider protecting lives and assets across healthcare, data centres, education, and commercial spaces. Now were looking for an aspiring Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. Own the numbers : Process accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Drive improvement : Spot opportunities to refine policies and recommend smarter processes. Protect what matters : Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion. Be audit-ready : Support both internal and external audits with confidence. Keep cash flowing : Prepare and process cash receipts seamlessly. Stay on top : Perform timely, accurate account reconciliations. Lead collections : Manage collection efforts and related functions to keep everything on track. Youll be a great fit if: You have an Associates degree in Accounting (or related field) and 1–3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience. You know your way around AR functions, including collections, invoicing, and reconciliations. You bring knowledge of Australian accounting processes and a solid grounding in basic accounting principles. Youre familiar with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision and eager to sharpen your expertise further. You bring proven skills in Microsoft Office, with advanced know-how in Excel. You thrive on accuracy and detail, with the ability to analyze large sets of data and spot what others might miss.
