Brazilian Portuguese Content Moderator

About the position

Job Overview We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to join our international team in Athens, Greece . In this role, you will help maintain a safe online environment by reviewing and moderating digital content on social media platforms. You will analyze posts, comments, videos, and advertisements to ensure they follow community guidelines. This role also includes supporting users, investigating reports, and helping maintain the integrity of online communities. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate online content such as posts, comments, videos, and ads. Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify violations including abuse, harassment, or inappropriate content. Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on company policies. Provide support to users through chat, email, or outbound calls when required. Review user-generated content related to new platform features or products. Work closely with internal teams to improve policies and processes. Maintain high accuracy and productivity while adapting to changing workflows. Requirements Native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level) . English proficiency (B2–C1) for training and internal communication. Minimum 1 year experience in BPO, customer support, or similar roles . Strong decision-making and analytical skills . Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment . Cultural awareness of social and political environments in the target market. Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy .
