Data Engineer – KPI Reporting & Automation Freelance full remote H/F

They are investing heavily in their data infrastructure to enable smarter, faster business insights across their HR and Marketing functions. Project Scope and Objectives: You will design and implement automated KPI reporting pipelines that bridge raw data sources and executive dashboards. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making by delivering reliable, timely insights to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Building end-to-end data pipelines for HR and Marketing KPIs Integrating data from multiple sources including marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat APIs) Implementing medallion architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold) for data transformation Ensuring data quality, synchronization, and governance throughout the pipeline Supporting UAT and collaborating closely with business stakeholders Reporting directly to the Director of Data & AI Technical Environment: Platforms: Microsoft Fabric Architecture: Medallion architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold layers) APIs: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar marketing platforms Focus Areas: Data modelling, automated reporting, pipeline orchestration, data quality Your Future Team: You'll work closely with the Director of Data & AI and collaborate cross-functionally with HR and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise will directly shape business outcomes. The team values pragmatism, clear communication, and delivering results on time.
