The Role As a History Teacher, you will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum across KS3 and KS4 . You will join a faculty that moves beyond rote dates and names, focusing on historical inquiry, source analysis, and the development of powerful student voices. Key Responsibilities: Inquiry-Based Learning: Guiding students through the complexities of British, European, and Global history—from the Silk Roads and the Tudors to the Civil Rights Movement and the Cold War. Source Analysis: Developing students' ability to evaluate primary and secondary evidence, identifying bias, utility, and historical perspective. Discursive Writing: Helping students construct sophisticated, well-evidenced arguments in preparation for GCSE (AQA/Edexcel) and A-Level assessments.
