Position: Café Store Manager Location: Singapore About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Café Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a premium, experience-driven café environment. This role will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Service Excellence Lead, train, and coach the store team to deliver a high-quality, experience-driven customer journey Ensure all brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally Maintain all café equipment in good working condition Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are upheld at all times Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty Operations Management Oversee day-to-day café operations Ensure proper handling of cash and stock with full compliance to internal controls Execute in-store promotions and events to drive traffic and sales Implement marketing updates and maintain point-of-sale materials Manage vendor relationships and procurement of consumables (e.g., cups, packaging, etc.) Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses Team Leadership & Development Communicate effectively with the team through regular briefings and meetings Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards Schedule shifts and manage manpower planning Oversee onboarding and continuous training (including beverage preparation and service flow) Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines Strong operational awareness and data sensitivity with analytical skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence Diversity & Inclusion We are committed to building an inclusive workplace that values diversity in all its forms.
