About the position

Job Responsibilities Responsible for regional market development, participating in industry conferences and business activities to enhance the company’s brand influence. Conduct client visits and maintain relationships, focusing on collaborations with universities, consulting firms, main contractors, and specialized subcontractors. Track project information, establish a project pipeline, and continuously promote opportunities for project execution. After project approval, coordinate internal company resources to organize bidding activities. Participate in contract negotiations, facilitate project signing, and manage post-signing internal handover processes. Assist supervisors in developing and implementing phased market strategies. Support headquarters in compiling and reporting relevant market data. Job Requirements Possess Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in market development or business roles within a relevant industry. Strong execution and coordination skills; candidates with an engineering background are preferred. Possess business negotiation and client relationship management capabilities. Familiar with engineering project workflows and able to drive projects from information acquisition to contract signing and execution. English proficiency sufficient for reporting, business communication, and negotiation; strong overall language skills. Candidates with cross-cultural work experience, experience in public building projects, large-span structures, or complex façade projects will be given priority.
