In this role, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers at the airport, ensuring their needs are met and their travel experience is seamless. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the information desk, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact. - Answer inquiries and provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services. - Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other necessary procedures. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized information desk area. - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
