Hauppauge, NY $80K–$150K Base Salary (commensurate with experience) The Opportunity A construction management and general contracting firm with 50 years of consistent growth is hiring a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you run the site — managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification. You will work directly with Project Managers and senior leadership, with a clear path to Senior Superintendent through demonstrated performance on larger projects.
