Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical to join a healthcare team in Las Cruces, New Mexico . In this role, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions while supporting treatment plans and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $74,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow their clinical skills in a dynamic Med-Surg environment. Required Qualifications Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) , and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications required within six (6) months of hire.
