Operations Coordinator (Multilingual) – Relocation Support Location: Ghent Start Date: ASAP Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (7h30/day + 30 min break) About the Role We are currently hiring Operations Coordinators to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills across multiple languages. Language Requirements Candidates must have English + one of the following language combinations : German + Dutch Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian) Finnish + Swedish Important: You do not need all languages — one full combination is sufficient.
