Cleaning Checker / Trainer – Kendal – £13.25/hr £13.25 per hour Around 12 hours per week Monday, Friday and/or Saturday (typically 1–2 days) Permanent role Driving licence required Location: Kendal (multi-site work) This role combines hands-on cleaning with responsibility for standards across multiple sites. You won't just be completing cleans — you'll be making sure they're done properly. That includes checking completed work, supporting the team during shifts and helping new starters understand how we operate. What the Role Involves You'll be moving between properties and sites, working closely with the team and stepping in where needed. Your day may include: Checking completed cleans before sign-off Supporting cleaners during busy periods Training and inducting new team members Identifying and correcting anything that doesn't meet standard You'll also be expected to step in and clean when needed, so this is still a hands-on role.
