Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Start Date: ASAP Work Model: On-site Salary & Benefits Great monthly salary Performance bonus: up to €409 net/month Role Overview We are looking for confident and engaging English-speaking professionals to join a dynamic live entertainment environment. In this role, you will host live sessions, interact with online players, and deliver a high-quality experience in a professional studio setting. Key Responsibilities Present live studio sessions in English in a professional and engaging manner Maintain clear communication and on-camera presence Follow operational procedures, schedules, and quality standards Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism during live sessions Represent the company brand in line with internal policies Requirements English: C1 or C2 level Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident and comfortable on camera Well-groomed, professional appearance Age limit: up to 35 (preferred 18–30) Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail No previous experience required (full training provided) Eligibility to work or willingness to relocate to Sofia Work Schedule 24/7 operational environment 3 rotating shifts (monthly rotation) Includes weekends and public holidays Eligibility Only candidates with valid work authorization in Bulgaria EU nationals Relocation support may be available depending on the location (to be discussed during recruitment)
