About the Role We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader with experience in financial services to lead and inspire a high-performing customer service team. You will ensure your team delivers exceptional service while meeting operational goals and KPIs. Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service executives to achieve performance targets. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices. Maintain detailed reports and metrics on team performance and customer interactions. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in financial services. Strong communication skills in English and Malay. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven with a service-oriented mindset.
