Quality Assurance Assistant - (up to $3,000 base + AWS + PB + Annual Increment)

About the position

Base up to $3,000 + AWS + PB + Annual increment Shift work required according to roster Annual Leave of 12 days with 1 day additional per year of anniversary up to 16days Responsibilities Carry out inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing items to ensure they meet required standards Identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance and flag issues for resolution Support quality checks on tools and processes to maintain consistency across operations Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure proper documentation is completed Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure quality requirements are met Assist in tracking and following up on quality-related issues and corrective actions Support smooth handovers by ensuring inspection records are complete and accurate Contribute to maintaining overall quality standards within daily warehouse operations Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality-related roles Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy Able to work independently and as part of a team, with willingness to support overtime when required Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
